When customers create a booking request, they select a time, date and duration. Based on availability of the cleaners, they will then select cleaner they would like to clean for them. If you as a cleaner get selected, you will get a direct offer. This offer matches your availability and price. You can respond to the offer or reject it as you wish. The first of the selected cleaner to accept the booking request will get it. 


If none of the selected cleaners accepts, the request will be send out to other cleaners in the area. Then it becomes what we call a countdown request. This request might not entirely match your price or availability, but we will send it to you anyway to see if the customer can still find someone. If you are interested in the request, you can subscribe to it. The customer will then choose from the subscribed cleaners their preferred cleaner.
