All the providers who work via the Helpling platform can use the liability insurance from Helpling which covers damages between €25 to €5.000.000. Damages below €25 will not be covered by the insurance company. We advise you to contact the customer and Helpling directly in that case.
If damage occurred, we advise the customer to contact us for a claims form.
